He came back early the next morning with a replacement motor and installed it. He was polite, professional, and friendly. Working great. Total cost $450 plus tax."

I have been looking for a new plumber so Good Tidings maybe the one. In terms of price, I don't know how much this would have cost but honestly I have too much in my furnished basement to be concerned when a huge storm is coming.
