The day of the service call they emailed and phone to see if we could do it earlier (as we were worried) and they met us to do the inspection. "Our HVAC stopped working on a very, very hot Saturday afternoon during 4th of July weekend.  Having 3 kids under 5 who were grouchy and moody due to the heat didn't help. I waited to call till Monday morning  because we had just had some freon put into the unit about a month and half prior by a much bigger company. They advised that if it quit again, the freon may have a leak($$$$$). This company charged $200.00 for a half hour and didn't have half the class of this gentleman. So 
I waited to call for help till Monday because I figured no one would come out on a holiday weekend. Boy was I wrong!
 
When I called, they man took my address, showed up at the home within 30 minutes and did an thorough diagnostic test. He found the problem and repaired it for only $220.00. Some kind of canister near the compressor was not working,  so his many years of experience allowed him to fix the problem quickly. We tipped him $15 for coming so soon, with a GREAT attitude/demeanor and FIXED the unit quickly!

When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."
