"Rene and Maurico installed a new air conditioning unit in my home. They negotiated fairly and were responsive to my questions. A team of five arrived for the installation. They worked together like a well tuned machine. Everyone knew what they had to do and when to do it. There were no mistakes. They were here by 8:00 am and were finished by 4:30. They answered all my questioned and responded to my phone calls. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing damaged. More companies should operate like them. "John and Daryl came on April 30th and did everything I had requested to repair my AC unit. We had a refrigerant leak which they searched for and repaired. They pressurized and vacuumed the system and recharged the unit. The return grill (ceiling cover of filter) was replaced and a preventative maintenance was done. A chemical coil cleaning was preformed. The unit is now working well and we are happy with the results. This work was done by Apex Air Solutions (listed as Chelsea Jenkins). "

"I never leave bad reviews but feel compelled to warn people not to use this man's service. The most unprofessional, short tempered and hostile man. I am a young mother with a 3 month old infant, so getting our hvac fixed is crucial. Vinny canceled on us last minute and rescheduled twice, he bad mouthed other companies who had worked on our system previously, he told us to run our own wires, and then called my father in law stupid for doing it wrong. When I interjected saying that that wasn't very nice and asked my father if we should call someone else, he became irate, yelled at me for saying something, said i ?should mind my business? in my own home, raised his voice loud enough to startle my infant and made him cry, said he ?should have pushed us down the stairs?, and stormed out of the house like a disgruntled prima-donna. The whole situation left me and my baby rattled. This man thinks that the demand for his trade entitles him to speak down to and mistreat customers.Go elsewhere."

"Ralphie of AR AIR Corp is the best HVAC technician we've ever had since owning heat pumps for over 3 decades, we're so pleased to have a service contract with AR AIR CORP so we will never have deal with a unskilled technician like last week when the Condenser stopped working in the heat wave with 95 temps I'm my house . The former technician who couldn't find the control board part that I easily found online and missed all other problems in the unit leaving a mess of wires . It took 3 hours in the hot sun Ralphie figured all the problems out in the Condenser and got it working again. Ralphie went out his way to help us because my husband has Parkinson's and he felt for us in his condition and that he is kind person who cares ! Ralphie explains everything in detail and has shown us as the owner of AR AIR CORP IS HE HONEST AND RELIABLE , I will highly recommend AR AIR CORP to my neighbors and friends and put their Business card in HOA CLUBHOUSE .
