"I'd been wanting to get of our old electric baseboard heaters for a long time, and replace it with something more efficient, and Mark helped my understand the differences between a ductless mini-split system and a ducted heatpump system. Even in our small house, the ducted system was the way to go. Mark and his installers were professional and efficient, and answered all my questions. When the thermostat was acting a little odd, he sent a technician over to calibrate it, free of charge. There was a small issue where I initially got the wrong specs for the electrical, and as a result I had the electrician install unnecessary circuits, but Marc reimbursed me for the cost."

"Evergreen installed a new hybrid heat pump system in my house. After researching the options, Evergreen was not only the most reasonable price, but they also scoped out a hybrid system where they would install new duct work and a single air exchanger in the attic and a minisplit in the basement. Scott, the sales person, did not try to upsell me on number of zones (others tried to get me to get 2 units in the basement) and after 2 months with the system, the single unit in the basement is heating the whole basement to our needs. All this was done at a price still considerably lower than the "standard" system price being offered by one of the bigger, similarly named companies. Evergreen was also the only company to propose a hybrid system where they would install a single exchanger in the attic and run new ceiling ducts to the rooms. This was appealing because we don't need to have the cassettes in each room and we didn't need to line the outside of the house with conduit for the cassettes (also the bathroom gets heat, too). Scott was great to work with, answered all my questions, and did his best to size the system correctly. Installation was smooth. There was a small hiccup where the installer accidentally broke a basement window, but Evergreen squared it away. Don and his team were great and the inspections passed. After install support has been great. Denise has been responsive to my questions. Overall, the experience was great with Evergreen and I highly recommend them."

"First off wanted to say I don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so for this. My gas furnace stopped blowing hot air. Trouble shooted the issue myself and thought it might be a bad gas valve. Not wanting to deal with a gas valve I called different companies and ended up choosing Air Pro's due them being a Local Company, Their diagnostic fee is very reasonable and when talking with them just getting a good feeling. Jerry came out a day later and sure enough it was the gas valve. He ordered the part and it came quickly. He installed it and the furnace was back up and running. The cost came out to about what was quoted to me when I talked to them the first time. It's ALWAYS a good sign of a good business when their actual cost/bill comes out what they told you! Here is why I'm also writing the review. About a week or so after Jerry replaced the valve, we noticed a slight gas smell. I called to have someone come back and check it out. Jerry called me within 30 min to ask some questions. He was off for the day and I could tell he was home but he drove 45 min to come back to our house. He was able to determine there was a small leak at the pipe around the gas valve. Given this was Air Pro's error the fact they came back right away and dropped everything was GREAT customer service. I would definitely hire Air Pro's again!"

"We had SOS add insulation in our crawlspace and attic. They provided information and guidance that was timely and intuitively gauged for our needs as laymen. On the day of our appointment they were punctual and professional, careful throughout the process, and allowed time for us to inspect their work before leaving. After they left, we had the odd realization that our furnace sounded significantly louder for some reason. Having no idea how insulation would have any impact on such a thing, Husband called and spoke with the owner, Daniel, who asked a few quick questions and immediately suspected both culprit and solution. When they returned to the house, Daniel’s hunch was proven to be correct. There was a bit too much insulation around the duct, and the restriction resulted in a louder “moan” coming from the vents. They fixed it easily and efficiently, and our furnace is back to being rather quiet. I don’t hesitate to recommend SOS Insulation. They are professional experts who take clear pride in ownership. You won’t regret hiring them."
