George requested Photos of the heater and the area around the heater. Within 30mins I received an estimate. The price was totally reasonable for equipment and install. The water heater from a well known company and carried a better than good warranty. I received an install time of 6pm next day. The team remved the old water heater, replaced an obsolete valve, and installed the new water heater. I had numerous questions. All my questions were answered in the most courteous manner. The professionalism, expertise, and timeliness of George's Team were exceptional. Highly recommend this company."

After giving the owner a good description of the problem he was able to give me a quote over the phone ($1950 + tax). I decided to let them come out and access the job before agreeing. They arrived on time and after a quick assessment the lead plumber quoted me a higher price but after consulting the owner they agreed to do the job for the original price quoted. They were thorough, informative and professional and worked to get me the best possible deal when my failed water heater turned into discovering my 97 year old house needed the original pipes replaced. We were having trouble with our water heater and he was able to diagnose the problem and help us explore our options. We ended up replacing the unit and Jordan was able to help us find the right unit for our needs. He installed the new heater quickly and cleanly and was able to take the old one away for us. He explained the settings on the new heater to us and was quick to respond to a call when we had a follow-up question. The heater has worked perfectly since and we are very glad we found Jordan.
