"All went according to plan. Justin (hope I remember that right) was promptly at my home on Saturday morning. He explained what he was going to do (check the furnace) and verify operation (he found two contactors/relays that were starting to age and recommended replacement soon.) After doing the furnace checkout, he proceeded to get ready to go under the house. We laid out a large covercloth to prevent dirt on the carpet and down he went. All said and done he had the main bedroom vent open (it was jammed by the vent cleaning company) and provided me an option on the air leak. The technician Justin was friendly, explained things completely, was always respectful of my home and me, and was a pleasure to have do the work. He obviously knew his job and completely answered all my questions."

"Five yrs of living in this house, using a different company each yr for my HVAC annual service and each year no one could reduce the noise from my AC fan in the backyard or better say no one acknowledged that the noise level us just too high. So, we grew accustomed to it over the years and thought of the noise as a negative externality or as the price to pay to have a livable space during those hot summer days. Seatown technician, Brian, took extra time to fix the noise issue and at the end, I still paid the same original price that I was quoted. Also I should mention that Brian was on time and courteous of the property. Unlike other past services, Brian took photos of all the serial numbers and part numbers pertaining to the system I have and send them to me electronically in a PDF format, making it easy to use for future references. I am glad that my five year quest to find a knowledgable company with reasonable service fees has come to an end. I highly recommend to hire Seatown and see for yourself whether my assessment is true or false. Thank you Seatown staff for a job well done. "Worked with Greenwood Heating and Air on a furnace replacement and only have excellent things to say about the company and team. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. Would definitely recommend them for similar job, including for custom requirements as was our case with the roof. Thanks!"

"Everything from the information about the furnace and heat pump to installation was done in a professional manner. The installers were prompt and courteous. Before they left they explained how take care of the filters and the thermostat. It was not the cheapest bid but I have been dealing with this company for many years and felt comfortable going with them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new furnace or heat pump."

"Update 10/7: Day & Nite showed up early in the morning and did some quality work. Thank you, Alex. They explained things well and were respectful of our property. Right after everything was done, John called to make sure everything was as we liked. I don't know why we had been rescheduled thrice for over a month, but I have to conclude it was some random fluke. Update 10/6: The very next morning after writing the review below, I received an apologetic call from John R., their networks manager. Thank you for that. We agreed to reschedule one more time for 10/7. We're willing to give them another chance, because the one time we had them service our water heater and furnace, they did a great job (thanks, Tyler!). I'll update the review after they have come to perform the work. Original review 10/5: We asked Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating to install an exterior hose bib at our house. The installation was scheduled for September 21, 2021. On that day, we received a call at 9:36 AM that our installation had to be rescheduled "because of a commercial emergency." We rescheduled it to October 4. Again, the morning of October 4, we received a call at 8:28 AM that our visit had to be rescheduled "because of a commercial emergency". It got rescheduled to today, October 5, and at 4:50 PM, we received a call that the plumbers weren't coming anymore, because another job had run late. This behavior is absolutely unprofessional. Now over a month has passed since we first scheduled the installation, and I have to find a different company all over again. If you actually need anything done, it seems like you unfortunately cannot rely on Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating."

"I had three estimates at our house for our conversion from a gas forced-air furnace to a heat pump/gas furnace installation.  I was most impressed by Evergreen's rep. Scott, as he was very helpful in explaining the technology and was the only one of the three to do a J load calculation on our home.  I also felt after the estimates were all given that Evergreen's was the best buy in terms of the product features vs. overall cost.   As I researched our installation I realized that my mother's all-electric home would be better served by a heat pump as well.  Again, Scott did the best job of all three estimators there as well.  

After the down payment of 50% of the cost the installation was set up within two weeks for both locations.  The work was done on time and efficiently.  My mother's job was done in a few hours, mine took a couple of days.  I'm happy to say that both units are performing perfectly, through both the colder weather of March and the warmer than usual days we've had in April.  

There were a couple of things that should be mentioned, not major issues but worth noting.  

The installation of our heat/pump and furnace did not meet City Code on the initial inspection as the condensation pump was placed on the floor.   City code required it to be 18 inches off the floor due to a potential for an explosion should there be a gas leak.  The correction was done within a few days, but I did have to schedule a city inspector on two different days.   The city inspector remarked that the installer 'should have known better'.  

On my mom's split heat pump the indoor blower unit began making a loud clanking noise one month into use.  Evergreen was quick to come out, mom called on Sunday morning and was able to have a crew come out the next day.  Apparently the installers had missed a mounting clip on the external cover of the indoor unit and over time the casing sagged enough that the rotating fans began to hit the inside of the case.  

Several weeks after our work was done I was called by the financial office asking me to pay the remaining 50% balance.  I pointed out that it had been paid on the day the work was done, but apparently the payment was not correctly registered as having been paid by their accounting office.  Fortunately I was able to point to my credit card statement indicating that the balance had been paid in full.  

Overall Evergreen did a professional job from start to finish and I have no hesitation in recommending them.  Given their expertise and experience I have no doubt that my equipment will continue to be well serviced going forward.  "

Whenever we have had a furnace issue over the years, John swings by our home quickly to make sure we are not left in the cold. John & his son installed a new furnace for us a few years ago and continued their tradition of great service. We schedule annual maintenance with them for our furnace to keep it in top working condition. When we decided to upgrade and add central air conditioning last year, it was an easy choice to go with Bassett Home Heating. John came by in February 2022, gave us an estimate for both installation timing & price, then returned with the install just in time for the summer heat in 2022. I highly recommend this company!"
