"Service came to my house within 30 minutes of me contacting them to them to replace my broken water tank with an O.A. Smith brand. The person took the time to educate me about what had to be done to replace the hot water tank and why it needed to be put in a certain way. Person also took the time to teach me how to maintain the hot water tank. Their man office stayed in touch with me during the installation and followed up afterwards to be sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the installation process."

"We were charged 350.00 to install a toilet.. not remove and replace, but just put the toilet on the flange, screw on two nuts and screw on the water supply.. took about 10 minutes.. The young man was professional, prompt, and was great... but 350.00..?? Overcharged in my opinion..."

"Technician Sergey was at my home in less than an hour after I called and got right to work. Sergey not only replaced the disposal but corrected the angle of the pipes under the sink. He also noted that the dishwasher was not correctly vented and he fixed that too. He was very courteous and friendly. I have used this company in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of plumbing services. <br />"
