They helped us out in a pinch and we signed up for their 5 yr (2x/yr $1,000) maintenance contract. When something went wrong with our 4 yr old system they told us the entire system needed to be replaced ($9,400). Got two second opinions and had repairs done (most parts under warranty) for under $1,800.
