"Carolina Comfort Air installed a new HVAC system in my home, including the replacement of all of the original ductwork in the attic.  Consultant Jose was great.  He recommended a split duct system to allows the downstairs and upstairs to operate on separate thermostats.  He was able to schedule the installation in a timely manner.  The installation crew - Adrian, KJ, Joe and Aaron - were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and considerate and did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves at the end of each day.  The office staff were very responsive when I called with questions.  Carolina Comfort Air came highly recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint.  I am very pleased with the installation and customer service.  I definitely recommend."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "I used MA Design & Construction for my kitchen remodel. Raquel and Marc were very helpful in going through the options from painting the existing cabinets through to full replacement. We started with more modest changes but after debate ended with essentially their initial recommendation. The workers throughout the project were professional and I never felt uneasy with them being around the family. As the project progressed there were recommendations that Marc or Raquel would make which led to a better outcome.
