"Stan K was awesome!! He was friendly, competent and efficient. Came in using all protective procedures that are now our norm right from the get. I had 2 ceiling fans replaced and the electric for the garbage disposal fixed (it was hard wired directly to a wall light flip switch that was laying on the floor at the bottom of the sink.) Super dangerous if the sink ever had a leak. I needed a medallion for the one ceiling fan or it would have looked awful he was so helpful and went on amazon showed me what I needed and I bought it. He made a note on my chart to the company that he needed to come back and finish the job and how long it would take so they scheduled me right away when it came in. Nothing but positives for this company and I will use them again and again and tell all my friends and family about them. The price was absolutely reasonable and they are amazing at answering any questions you have. Someone always answers the phone and the text the picture and the name of the person you can expect that is coming to your home is a plus and he showed up in a Company van. They scheduled me up within a few days, confirmed, arrived on time, and finished up within and hour or so. They not only cleaned out my dryer vent, they repaired it in a way I would not have been able to and gave my wife and I some tips we were unaware of that will save the life of our dryer in the long-term. "The owner, Kevin Knight, has to be one of the most honest and genuine individual's for which I have had perform services at my home. Several years ago they installed the FireGuard system, which resolved a safety issue without having to reline the chimney (saving us thousands). They were just back out to inspect and clean the chimney. Once again, they were professional, knowledgeable and more than fair. Stop searching and hire these guys. You'll be glad you did. "AirTemp Solutions called me right away on Friday after making initial request on HomeAdvisor. We made an appointment for Monday. On Monday morning I received a call confirming that technician was on the way within 20 minutes. Chris arrived on time, he evaluated the water heater that needed to be replaced, explained what needs to be done and come up with a fair quote. We scheduled installation on Wednesday at 8:00 am. Chris showed up at 8:00 and completed installation and cleaning by 10:00. A pleasure to work with!"

"Amazing service, price, professionalism and competence! I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a locally owned company with integrity and great service. At first, I was skeptical about getting our vents cleaned out and was afraid it was a scam. I called around, read reviews on Angies List and saw that this company was rated the highest. I called Joel, the owner of the company, and was quickly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He answered all my questions-even the tough one's directly assessing if it was really worth it-and provided a very affordable quote right over the phone. He was flexible in scheduling, arrived on time and was consistently responsive to all calls. Joel and Terrance showed up at 7:00 am and worked until almost 8:00 pm-almost 13 hours straight! Despite the job taking double the expected time, Joel did not raise the price and maintained the initial quote. The reason it took so long was because our vents were a MESS and Joel wanted to make sure they did an excellent job, which they did. We've flooded in the past and our vents were covered with a thick, sticky layer of mud-like stuff (how did I not know this before!?!). Joel invited me to see the vents before and then again after so I witnessed first hand how much hard work they had to do. Before he started he asked all the right questions, explained the process and showed me what they did throughout the day. As a homeowner, I don't think I've ever had a more enjoyable and positive experience in terms of home maintenance than with this company. Joel owns the company, has so much pride in his work, and is genuinely concerned about doing an excellent job. He and Terrance displayed an admirable work ethic that is less common to see today. Furthermore, they were just great guys with wonderful interpersonal skills. My husband and I liked them so much we actually invited them to share dinner with us-which was fantastic. After 13 hours of work, Joel even offered to not charge us for an add on service they provided! I happily paid him anyway (their services were worth more than what they charged), but that was just another example of the wonderful honesty, integrity and professionalism that characterizes this company. Overall, I offer my unwavering support of this company. You will not be disappointed!
