We had just returned home from vacation where we had been riding our motorcycle in the heat for pass two days so you can imagine how tired and hot we were when we finally got off the bike and came into the house..
We hadn't turned our air on yet this year but last year had to have someone called Tim over twice to replace a capacitor and the second time to fix his screw ups so we thought just in case we would not want to turn the air on and not be here to watch it.. Just as we thought when we flipped the switch tonight, the A/C did not work.. The house was a whopping 93 degrees... and the A/C was blow hot air, actually took the house up another 2 .degrees before we realized it.. We were only listening to make sure the fans were running because problems in the past were they weren't...
I called Bob at 7pm - 730pm on Sunday and he said he would have his tech over tonight, his tech called me at 8pm said he had just left his appointment and was headed over to see what he could do to get us up and running.. He was here within a few minutes, came to door took his shoes off before coming in and asked to see the thermostat and turned in on went out and looked at unit and within a few minutes he knew what was wrong.. He found the reverse valve unplugged.. He had us up and running PDQ..
The tech was very professional!! Would give him an A+..
He had not had a good day yet he was very nice and polite to us.. We would use him again..
(Tech had been stung by a wasp earlier and since allergic his face had swollen.. That was reason for bad day)

"I've had One Hour out for new furnace/AC as well as a new humidifier and am a member of their annual service plan. My Furnace & AC install went very smoothly and the service was outstanding. My old ECM blower died. They were kind enough to loan me one during the heat of the summer between the diagnosis and the new install at no additional cost. They use Amana units (which unlike other vendors in KC, anyone is allowed to service them). The new unit works great. My old humidifier died not long after (both solenoid and saddle valve broke) and they came out within a day to replace it. Noticed some problems with the new unit after they had left, and they were out within 3 hours of me calling to fix it. Their service is bar-none - techs are very polite, clean, and do a great job. Highly recommend!"

"Dan came first thing this morning and found our air conditioner capacitor needed to be replaced. He informed me it was still under warranty and he needed to go get a replacement. He was back with a new capacitor very quickly and had it repaired in a matter of minutes. I was pleasantly surprised there was not even a service or labor charge. We have used this company for almost 10 years now, and their work has always been top-notch. Dan and Zac are the very best technicians with whom we've ever dealt. Besides their most excellent service, I have never dealt with any service related company who has higher standards. Their extreme honesty and work ethic are beyond compare. "Kyle came to give me an estimate. He was personable, very professional, listened to my needs and answered my questions, made some suggestions and gave me a fair estimate. I scheduled the job with Josie, on the phone, and she was also very professional and reassuring. Luke and Ryan came to prep and install blow-in insulation the following week. Both of these young men were very personable, answered my questions and explained what they were going to do. They finished the job within 2 hours and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this company and personable staff to get the job done right. My house is much warmer now, after they added 6” of Premium Grade insulation, and I hope to save some money on my heating bill. I am an extremely satisfied customer!!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Josh came over looked over everything and explained all our options and we chose high efficiency variable furnace 96 so installed 3inch pvc pipe for exhaust and one for fresh air to come in. Looks GREAT. Put in a variable air conditioner unit and leveled it out new pipes and so forth looks GREAT, installed New water Heater with no problems and made it to code which is GREAT, installed an April Air 600 humidifier and an iwave air scrubber to help with family allergies and 4 animals. Josh is a Great Guy for one and Did an AWESOME JOB ON THE INSTALL and answering any questions we had through out the process.
