They do have great service though we had some scheduling mess-ups that was quickly resolved and they were able to come out later that day still. "The furnace went out just before the Thanksgiving holiday and I was expecting family over for the weekend. I contacted Cummins and they were able to come out the day after. They said they would be able to repair my furnace but indicated that it was fairly close to end of life. For the price of repair, they recommended a replacement. Since I were to replace the furnace I always wanted to have AC and they gave me a great deal on both. They were able to replace my furnace the same day and returned a couple of weeks later to install the AC unit. However, shortly after my guests left after the holiday they furnace failed. I called them to let them know it wasn't working, so they send someone out to look at it. I explained my disappointment but assured me they would make it right. They ended up replacing the circuit board and the thermostat. Even though I experienced a bit of a hiccup, they were very easy to work with and stood behind their work and product. Everyone at the company that I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. I am happy with the results thus far and would recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a furnace and/or AC unit."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"At every oil change they do a complete check of the vehicle and let me know about immediate and possible future issues with the vehicle. Unlike the oil change chain outlets their analysis is honest. They keep the whole place clean, the service bays included, At times when I have called or stopped in with immediate problem they either do the work at that time or find a time to work me in that or the next day.
My experience with them has been so good that my next car will be a Toyota so I can continue have them work on my cars. They also work on Volvo, BMW and Audi, but I don't want one of those.
Two things that would make it nicer.
1. Coffee for customers
2. Either a courtesy vehicle or ability to provide ride to and from when work to be performed will exceed couple of hours.
