"This is a great company.  We called them on an emergency basis due to our main sewer line backing up and overflowing into our house.  They came out on and snaked the line and got the water draiing again.  The owner, Steve, came out the next day due to the clog not being completely removed.  He put a camera in the line and diagnosed the problem - a lot of tree roots.  He then proceeded to work his tail off for two hours to clear the roots.  I know the line will eventually need to be replaced, but at least he bought us some time.  Now we can financially plan for the line replacement.  In the meantime, Atomic Rooter will be back once a year to prophylactically snake the line so we don't have any further sewage floods - Yuck!"

I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."
