"I discovered the leak in the water heater in the late afternoon. They were at my house before 8 the next morning. Work was done by 10:30AM. Neat and clean. Todd was very professional and courteous. I threw in a bit of a curve when I asked to add a leak pan but he was able to accommodate me. The overall cost was a bit more than expected but you're over a barrel when your water heater is leaking. And because of a bad cold water supply valve, I had no water in the house, so I was really pinched. I wished I had asked about energy efficiency options when scheduling the work."

"This company has treated me well, especially Mike Museus, who worked over a year (last summer and this spring) to find out why there was a fluid leak in my new AC unit. The leak didn't affect the cooling of my home so I wasn't concerned, but Mike was persistent, even to returning finally with an "expert" to help diagnose the problem. What they found was that the A-coil above the furnace was full of tiny pinholes. On the day this was to be replaced, Steve came before 9 a.m. to remove the defective A-Coil and install the new one. He worked on it all day, without lunch or a break, leaving shortly after 5 p.m. There was no charge, as it was still under warranty. With all that, he still took the time to explain to me why the replacement was so important: that the defective A-Coil could eventually leak enough to damage the furnace below it. Because he was using solder, I believe, to install the new part, he turned on the ceiling fan in the adjacent room to mitigate the fumes. My only complaint is that a few of my vinyl floor tiles were damaged/discolored by the soldering process. That part of the flooring has had water damage before and is missing a few tiles so, after a day of hard work, he may have attributed the damage to work done before. It's not a big deal; I just wish he'd have said something. I have to hand it to Steve, though; he was working by himself, which frequently required him to leave the furnace area to check the outdoor AC unit, then rush back to the indoor work. I think it might have been a two-person job. At least, an assistant could have facilitated some of the work done."

"Service couldn't have been better.  Mike (I think his name was) was very professional.  He arrived while my wife was home and uninstalled the old water softener, installed a new water softener ($480), and connected the water line to the freezer's ice maker ($100).
All of this took a few hours.  By the time I arrived home from work, he was finished and showed me how to work the new water softener.
He was very polite the entire time.  I would definitely use their service for plumbing again in the future.

"

They showed up exactly on time.  They had a challenging task of replacing a faucet assembly that was rusted in place, with a faucet that I had purchased.  They were in an out in less than .5 hours.  They were extremely professional and considerate as I was working on the floor directly below them.  A piece that was installed cam loose a few days later, and they were there in a few hours to make sure it was repaired.  It has been three months and all is great.  It was a tough job - as they had to bust out the old faucet, but they stuck to their original Angie's List advertised price.

"They came out to my house in May and I could not get a hold of them after that.  Finally I was able to get a hold of them maybe three weeks ago.  There was nothing that stood out.  They were pretty typical.  It really takes many months to get hold of somebody for a consultation or even to take a look.  If you want an estimate then at that time they come back.  The Big Deal price was fine.  They were on time when they came to the house.  They were professional."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

Hi my name is Greg Meyer. I am the owner of Big Sky Plumbing LLC. I am a Master Plumber that is insured, bonded and license. I have 15 years experience in the plumbing trade. I am a one man shop so I can keep my prices down. My quality and expertise over and exceed the competition. When I leave the job you will be confident that the job is done correctly and I will warranty and guarantee it. Do not think that only big shops can do this because I have been there and seen the overhead you are paying for. I have references if needed. There are no plumbing jobs to big or to small. If you have a question feel free to call. If I can help you do it yourself I would be glad to give some advice. If you need help with other projects I know people for that and they also are great tradesman. I give free estimates-I don't believe that you should have to pay for a service not rendered. I feel confident that I will earn the job before I leave your home or business. Feel free to call anytime. I look forward to your business. Thank You! \nAdditional email: greg@gregmeyerplumbing.com
