"When we built our pool we didn't know where to turn for a pool service. Thank goodness I found Aqua Premier Pool Services! They do the best job with our pool and keep it very clean. Their customer service is the best as well! I definitely recommend this company and they earned the 5 star review from us."

"Friendly, professional technicians. I highly recommend this company. They will be the only company I will trust servicing my spa. I thought there was a major issue with the spa, Johnnie checked and it was very minor repair. That is honestly above and beyond!"

"Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. As a new pool owner, I was so grateful for the tips and information. When I have something go wrong with my pool again, I will definitely be giving Norris Pools a call."

"Fabulous service! I knew my pool motor was dying so I contacted Chris. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, purchased the motor, and replaced it the following day! While he was there he educated me on pump maintenance and fixed my valve for free (saved me 100 bucks). He’s the last of the true pool service guys. I’ve waisted time and money with Butcher’s pool for a long time - the experienced guys retired or quit after the new owner came in."

"The value of a contractor is not only judged by how well the finished product is when completed but also by how well the contractor manages any interim problems or concerns. Without going into detail, Bill and Ideal Pool Services responded to those interim problems with the absolute finest customer service I have experienced. The final product was on time, within quoted price and all with superb follow up by Bill."

"Hilario is a very thoughtful person and very mindful of his customers and business. During the estimate he advised us of our options and we settled on what was to be done. He gave us a start date and his guys showed up on time on the date we were told. Cleaning and preparations of the plaster service were completed on that day. Hilario was either on the job or in contact with us every day to lead us through the process. He kept us up to date on each step. We actually changed our minds about which surface we wanted in our pool and he made the change immediately without any time changes to the schedule. During the last step we decided we wanted to replace our fiber optic pool light with something more modern. Hilario told us if our options and helped us decide what would work the best for our pool. Hilario actually did the light replacement himself and did a great job installing the our new LED pool light. The new light is programmable so he ran is through the instructions. This guy is really on the ball and treated us great by keeping in touch during each step. My wife is picky and she even said he did a great job for a very reasonable price. When we had other companies here for estimates they tried to gouge us for every little thing. I hate that kind of treatment. Hilario still keeps in touch asking how everything is going with his work. I would definitely hire him again."

"

I couldn't be happier with the services provided by Manny and his son.

1. Communication? Outstanding! Clear and concise

2. Timeliness? Again outstanding. Manny communicated times and called to confirm. Said he was going to be here at 12:00. He arrived at 12:00!!

3. Professional? Very, both Manny and his son.

I was so impressed with the service I paid Manny more than he quoted.

They are good people and I will definitely use them again.

"Drew Pools did an outstanding job repairing our pool pump. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what went wrong and how he was going to fix it. His communication was great, he gave us a fair price, and our pump runs perfectly."

"They arrived on time and advised the most logical placement of the fixtures. The deal was for the install of 4 recessed lights at $499 and I wanted two extra, which they charged an extra $340 for. I thought this was a little high since they were already cutting holes and running wire and the cost of the actual LED light fixtures is only about $25 at Home Depot, but I needed it done, so I went ahead with it. They also had to drill two extra holes in my kitchen ceiling where no lights were placed in order to run the wire because of the way the beams in my kitchen ceiling ran. They did this without telling me, but since I already needed to have sheet rock repair done on my kitchen ceiling, it was not a big deal. The only real complaint I have about the work was that they left quite a bit of mess behind (sheet rock dust and pieces). Overall, I think they did a good job and I would hire them again."
