"Paul is a highly skilled craftsman with a wealth of home construction experience. He is professional, thorough and attentive to the preferences of the homeowner. I have hired him three times now: once to reconnect the fan on a gas fireplace, once to order, install and program a complicated floor thermostat, and once to repair a leaking window and to refresh the weathered front exterior of the house. This required new shingles, new fascia, new trim boards, and new paint, including application to three decorative gables and a front door with sidelights and transom. I am pleased with the outcomes on all of these projects. I would hire Paul again to solve any future problems this aging property presents."

"I had them for 2 or 3 years. It's an insurance that you pay $30.00 or $40.00 a month. If you have any problems, you call, and they send somebody out to do the work. They charge you monthly. No matter what the problem is, the guy that comes out charges you $60.00. Weather he has to replace you refrigerator or water heater or what ever, he only charges $60.00. If it's your refrigerator, that is what they work on. If it's heating and air conditioning, that is what they work on. I don't know where they get their list of people to do their work, but the people agreed to only charge $60.00. I guess they pay them something, I don't know. Over all it's comforting to know that you have somebody  you can make one phone call to for several different things that might be wrong. It's kind of warming to know that you have that kind of service to back you up."

"Ryan with Second Wind was outstanding! Our heater was not working properly and it was cold. He fit us in to his schedule within a day. He assessed the problem and fixed the obvious low cost items that needed repair anyway but eventually realized the condenser was shot. He worked with us to determine the unit needed and helped with our insurance to get it replaced by them quickly. He picked up the unit once authorized and got it installed for us. He kept us informed all along the way. His personalized service, professionalism, efficiency and skill were so impressive and appreciated! Cannot say enough about how highly we recommend him and his company!"
