I waited till that Saturday. And I emailed him, that I wanted to get his estimate. Never received anything. The following Monday, I called his number. He never got back with me. I told him what I wanted. He never got back to me. On Tuesday, which would have been a week after he was here. I called H L Bowman, and spoke with somebody there. She said she would check into it, and she would have an estimate to me within a day or two. And they never got back with me. I never got an estimate. And we checked our email address. Make sure everything was good. Never received anything. And here it is like, over two weeks later and havent heard a word from them. "

Every question and concern I could think of, Robert thoroughly explained the issues & options available to remedy the situations, including the Federal Tax incentives. No high pressure, 10 year warranty on work by the company. In retrospect now, no paperwork either. I did use Brooks Heating & Air-conditioning to handle my HVAC needs post purchase. Months have passed, Robert has not given me any invoices or paperwork for the $17,000 of work he did here. I only have included owners/operation manuals included with the units themselves. I do not have proper paperwork for the High Efficiency tax credit program, costing me thousands of dollars. He fails to return calls & messages. If you still choose to deal with Brooks Heating, get everything in writing beforehand, hold back funds until all your work is completed. Don't let the 'nice guy' fool you too"
