"Chris, who is the owner, came out and evaluated the situation. Since we have a much older AC, we wanted to have the repairs completed instead of the larger expense of a new unit. Chris was punctual, informative about the health and condition of the unit and its working parts in his evaluation, and most of all honest and upfront about what needed to be completed. The work itself was about a 2.5 / 3-hour job. Overall, Chris did a tremendous job and we were very happy with the product and service received for the repair."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

It was Very hot summer day I know he was tired and at about 8pm he still came to repair the compressor on my fridge not leaving till around 10:00pm. The price was reasonable and fair without the gouging. The Work was solid and I have had no issues since. Speaking with him during the visit I learned that he was a service tech for Sears for years before starting his own business and more than likely one of the techs Sears would have sent in my area.
