"I had a great-experience today with the removal and installation of our new Chimney kit. Billy and Christian were the installation guys that showed up promptly at schedule time. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. If you go elsewhere it’s your own fault!"

"When i sent the request I did so because I kept hearing something in my chimney. When they arrIived I was not home, but they had already completed the inspection upon my arrival. I was told there was nothing in the chimney, but there was a hole that would need to be repaired that would run about $4200, and they could cap it for about $375, if I wanted. I said i would get back to them, but i continued to hear something in the chimney so I called someone else to check it out for me. There was a full blown birds nest with eggs. So I will be calling someone to remove that after the eggs have hatched."

"I Purchased the "Big Deal" for Chimney Sweeping & Inspection. The technician (i think it was Van Davis) was right on time. There was some scheduling issue due to some family emergency with them but they communicated and rescheduled as per my availability. I was not sure when the chimney was last cleaned/swept. Van did an excellent job. He offered me some valuable suggestions and tips about operating our gas fireplace. He also inspected the rooftop area as well. Found out an issue with the coating done by a pest control company.
Overall I was very satisfied with Hearthmaster.
