It could wait, so we scheduled the appointment for the next day. Jesse Lihwa showed up right on time. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had exactly the right specialized equipment and experience to quickly diagnose the immediate issue. Furthermore he also found and fixed the underlying calibration issue to prevent it from happening again. He also worked well with the home warranty representative on the phone to get us the most compensation possible. I was extremely pleased and would definitely use them again."

Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me choose an air conditioning unit and discussed payment options. I was told that they were scheduling 3 weeks out but I could get it installed that evening for $500 more. Considering I already called off from work for that day, the upcoming heatwave and the payment options, I decided to have it installed that evening. Two installers arrived after their regular day shift around 6-6:30 pm and got to work immediately. They kept me informed and were very pleasant.
