"These guys saved us during the recent heatwave. I looked for days for someone to come help us service our airconditioner, which was working....except for the cold air part. These guys were so easy to get in touch with and they put us on the schedule for the next day. They took a look and the fix was really easy. They serviced the AC, made some recommendations for future upgrades (but made sure to let us know they weren't emergencies) and left us with a house full of cold air. It was one of the easiest home services we've had in our new house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! Ron showed up on time, explained everything he will do after I agreed to replace our leaking "vintage" water heater, did everything exactly as he explained it. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Breezeway was very nice. They were prompt and did a good job. However, we negotiated them fixing one piece of ducting. They didn't fix it and said that, if we found that it continued to have problems, they'd come back and repair it. Well, it needed to be repaired when it was clear that it still wasn't working. Breezeway became unresponsive to numerous attempts to get in touch. So, while I thought they did a great job in the beginning, their lack of follow through left a bad taste in my mouth. For that reason, I'm not going to call on them again.

"The technician looked at the washing machine & found that there was a major problem with it, requiring the replacement of a very  expensive part. The cost to repair it would have been over $500, so we both agreed it would be better for me to just get a new washing machine. Normally, they charge for the service trip, but because the problem couldn't be fixed they gave me a great discount on it. I will definitely use this company again.

"This company was the second i had out to look at repairing our tankless hot water heater. For over a week the hot water would turn off randomly.  Baltica was my second opinion  for the repairs and i felt really lucky to have found them on Angie's list. The first company told me i needed to replace the entire 5 year old unit for $2200.00. Baltica answered all my questions before coming out,  Marius assessed the condition once  he came out,  the unit was flushed and clean out valves were installed he was very professional.  How nice to work with a company that stands behind their service.

"I called Yurik early in the morning and he answered all my questions very professionally and was very nice. We agreed on a price for all the parts and labor and within 2 hours he was at my house working on the Air Conditioning unit.  He was dressed professionally and didn't smell bad. All the work was done within a 4 hour period and they left my house just the way it was when they first came in. Yurik was fast to respond, did the work fast, and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend him o anyone needing Air Condition repair.
