They were able to do a same day service for me which helped with an uncomfortable and pregnant wife. They were able to get us a better unit than what we had. They also got us a better one than what we had looked at elsewhere, and we got it for a better price. They also gave us a 10 year parts and labor warranty which provides us with total piece of mind, 365 days a year for 10 years. We LOVE our new A/C unit, it's so much colder than the old one. "The job was more extensive than originally anticipated. Travis with MainLine Remodel kept me in the loop the whole time and explained recommendations and followed up with pictures. Travis and MainLine Remodel went above and beyond. I live out of town and rent the property. It was very reassuring to have someone there I can trust to do a quality job and to identify areas of concern. Travis identified an improperly installed window that was leaking. He and his team corrected the issue. The incorrectly installed window/leak was not identified by property managers hired to manage the property in the past. Due to the good work, I had the MainLine team do some extra handyman tasks while onsite (e.g. check on a leak spot on the bathroom ceiling). I am very happy with the work performed by Travis and MainLine Remodel. The job was not cheap, but I know I paid for quality work. Travis and the team were busy and had to reschedule a few times, but I understand that speaks to the demand for their services."
