"We took out the old tiles, removed the toilet and baseboards, and bought the tile before they came to do the installation. The work was done on 9-01-16. When I went to wash off the remaining haze a couple of days later, I discovered that the tiles were two different shades. It was obvious when they were on the floor. The person doing the installation should have seen this. We think he did but, since he didn't speak any English, might not have known how to communicate that to us. We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."

"I've decided to do the work myself with some help from my son. The price was way more than I thought it would be and I could use some natural materials and spend less money. The representative from the company was professional and knew his product but, over $ 14,000 for a tub/shower replacement was way more than I wanted to spend."

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! OMG! Everyone should use these guys!!!!! Also, I got the bullbag back! I never have to buy another one and its ready to use whenever I feel like doing a clean out or renovation."

"Recently had a new steam oil boiler installed by Norm and Cory. They did a great job...got it done in a very timely manner. They were extremely professional, and everyone i dealt with at their company was extremely nice. They also installed a new WiFi thermostat, fixed a valve on one of my radiators, and leveled all of my radiators that weren’t level. I am very happy with All of the work done. They do a great job."

"Richard did an outstanding job. When he came for an estimate, he traced the water line to the basement. He found that the issue was simply a pinched line that needed to be freed up. He quickly fixed the problem at no charge! I was elated because I was sure that this was a major problem that would cost me several thousand dollars to fix.

I was impressed by his honesty and work ethic as he could have told me anything or charged me for the work that he did. I would definately use this contractor again in the future and recommend him to others.

They sent out contractors on their list. They don?t do the actual work. What they would do is schedule the contractor and then the contractor would not show up and then they would say we thought we called you to tell you they had rescheduled or something like that. The contractors sent the quotes to Top Notch and then Top Notch gave us the quotes. There were a lot of different things to be done. One company they sent out added something to the quote that was not to have been in there. They did not provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork that was necessary

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"A Few Good Tradesmen was a good vendor for me. They were good at communicating prior to the job including working on the estimate and getting the work dates squared away. They arrived on the scheduled date and completed the job in the timeframe they expected.
We determined in advance which fence materials to use, and they showed up with the exactly correct materials and did a nice job of installation. The fence feels sturdy and the joints between the parts are nice and tight.
They had the two awnings down in short order without incident. Once they were down, the exposed siding needed touch-up, cleaning or something. Their original idea was to swap some of the damaged siding with good siding from the back of the garage, but they did not realize that the siding was aluminum (they thought it was vinyl) so they decided not to try to remove/replace siding and instead did a fair job of cleaning up the damaged areas.
The job site was clean after they left on both days of the two-day job.

"We found LSI via google search and what a blessing! This company rocks (no pun intended) so happy to have found them. From my first phone call with Randy to the day of completion, what a joy is was to work with them. So many terrible past experiences and I have found my 'go-to' company. Not only do they do incredible and very reasonable exterior work, they can build you a house or fix a light bulb, seems like basically anything you need, Randy and the so nice and 'RELIABLE' crew will take care of you. I can go on for hours, the customer service is unreal, responses in minutes to my many many questions, anything they do to help they do it! Even things I didn't need help with they offered to help. Sherman, who is the contractor and Gregg the painting foreman are also top notch. Real guys... but so nice and incredibly knowledgable about their crafts. These guys are not jaded old timers, they are filled with energy and as far as I can see they love what they do and take great pride in their work, it really was, and this is a bit cliche, but it was like they were working on their own homes. Such a wonderful job from top to bottom, and this was a big long job, but they did it on time and on schedule. Randy who owns the company keeps you updated constantly and comes by to check on things, which I really liked. He did everything possible to keep us happy, even when things would come up as they always do, but his problem solving was stellar. I have already referred LSI to my friends, and to sum up I will refer them to anyone reading this review, highly referred. I already have them booked to renovated my kitchen this summer, can't wait."
