"Overall, well. Initially, they wanted to schedule us out a month. Although we didn't need an immediate repair due to the hotter weather, we wanted to get the dead furnace fixed sooner than later. They scheduled us for about two weeks out, which was acceptable. A day or two later, they called and said they had a cancellation and could come out a few days later. They were right on time; prompt and efficient in completing the diagnosis and the repair. The cost was a bit higher than expected, but not unreasonable. "G&S did an excellent job installing our new furnace and AC unit. The best thing about G&S is that they warranty for 1 year. The circuit board in our furnace failed within a couple of months (no fault of G&S). Manufacturers warranty would cover the parts cost but G&S repaired and covered labor cost under their warranty. Also they diagnosed the issue and repaired very quickly. Definitely A++ installation and service."

He provided us with the documentation required to get the external unit placement approved by our HOA, and followed up with us to ensure we had approval before confirming with the installation team. The installation team was highly professional, efficient, and left our garage in excellent condition. After the installation, we discovered the fan was running 24 hours and asked for some assistance in turning off the fan. Charles came to our house, identified the external timer that was causing the issue in less than a minute, provided to us a quote for an air scrubber that came up during the conversation, and billed us nothing for resolving the fan timer issue. "I was nervous taking my van to a new place because I don't know much about automobile care, but I felt at home right away.   I think the man's name was Craig was at the counter and welcomed me and found out what was going on with my van.   I was there about an hour or so, and the waiting room was really nice- comfy chairs, coffee and soft drinks available, and really great magazines.  When the van was ready to go, they went over everything with me and told me about things that would need to be done at the next oil change but I didn't have to worry about right now.  I know about how much to start saving up for some repairs that will be needed.   I went straight to the emissions test facility and passed the test with no problems.   I'm really looking forward to going back to Turn Key Auto.  They seem to treat everyone who walks in like an  old friend.  The mechanic even oiled the door hinges that were really creaking even though I hadn't mentioned them.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
