When the service man came out, he quickly advised that the type of unit I have couldn't be open or recharged in a reasonable manner. OK, but that could have been determined at the phone call by asking me what kind of unit it was (an experienced service man would have known this). They charged $150 for the 15 min service call to tell me that. Not happy."

He did a good job and unclogged the drain. It wasn't easy. He had to run his snake through the clog at least 3 times and blast water down the line to break it up enough to get the line clear. He was easy to talk to and had good advice. He didn't mind discussing the problem and helping me understand what he was doing or how the plumbing works. It was nice that I was able to get through to him when I needed help and didn't have to leave a message on a machine somewhere and wait."
