No overselling or pressure to put in the Cadillac of HVAC systems. Written quote and install time line was promptly provided. The installation took 2 days and the installation team was knowledgeable, friendly and very conscious of keeping the house clean. Drop cloths, always wore booties around the house. The work was done in very high quality, all wires and tubes/pipes, were bundled and run appropriately (nothing dangling or hanging loose). clean-up of the work areas was better than they started. Technician walked me through all the necessary details to maintain the system, where the filter is now, how the humidifier works (same as before) and made sure everything was covered."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."
