"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac’s thorough and knowledgeable work."

"I have a service contract with Petro. They came out to fix a leak on my heater. Service person came out on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up so you would never know he was even there. Very pleasant experience all the way through."

"Forage Mechanical did a great job replacing our broken AC unit. Henry diagnosed the problem quickly (broken compressor) and offered some options that would fix the unit and retain warranty protection. He exhibited experience and competence. There were no special costs or fees, and he gave excellent focus to the job, completing ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend this company for your HVAC needs."

"Lucas did a great job. He was communicative, on time, and helpful in walking me through his assessment. He provided me info of offers and optional improvements, but wasn’t aggressive or pushy. Sila has once again provided great service."

"Mr Randell and his team did a wonderful job to treat the mold in our large and unfinished basement. They paid attention to all details, carefully hand wiped and moved all contents inside the basement and sprayed the wood structures. They tried to think from the customer's perspective and we are totally satisfied with their services.

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"We are so grateful for your service, prompt and reliable. The entire crew who came out to work on our sewer line repair was so kind and extremely knowledgeable. When I had a follow up question, they came right back out to check the work, and went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were handled. I highly recommend your company. From our very first emergency call to the completion of the job, to the grass that is already growing to cover the big dig! Thank you for making a very difficult situation as calm and easy as possible. Jenn & Dave Peter, Columbia MD."
