"Side-Pro, what a class act! My husband and I discovered the company at the SEA Home show in Feb 2020. They had serval booths in the show and all representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. They shared information and answered questions, never did we feel pressured, plus they had a great magnet clip give away ?. After the show, I called the Side-Pro office to ask few questions. I was fortunate and was referred to Russ De Arment, the sales manager. Russ was able to answer my questions over the phone to my satisfaction and was even able to come out the same day to do a walk through and give an estimate. Russ truly presents himself as a contracting professional. He is honest and presents facts, not what you might want to hear to get your business. I had a siding question on my son’s new construction house and Russ even went to his house to look for me and wrote up a suggest list of repairs for my son. He did this kind gesture without being compensated. The installers were fantastic and treated my house like it was their own. They were respectful on my property and left it in better shape than when they arrived, this was especially important to the field supervisor Duane. As with any project, there are always follow up items. I found one small item and within a day of me notifying Russ, he sent Duane, another amazing team member, who not only took care of the punch list item, he even fixed something for me that wasn’t even siding related! Finally, the painting supervisor, Mo, this is sounding redundant, but another amazing Side-Pro team member. Once again, knowledgeable, reliable, and fun to work with. In SEA, rain is an outdoor painter’s worst enemy. Mo did a great job of communicating schedule changes immediately and always responded to my emails quickly. Like the siders, the painters were professional and did a great job. I have had my house painted three times in 20 years, and by far, this two-man crew was quick, efficient and did quality work. I have a 4500, three story house and they completed the work in less than 4 days. In summary, I got three bids, Side-Pro was the least expensive by a few hundred, but that is not why I went with them. It was their professionalism and responsiveness that helped make my decision to use them and I am so happy I did!"

"I had issues with old siding, golden quality builds came out and gave me an estimate that was in my budget. They were fantastic and the quality of the work of amazing. My house looks 100x better with the new siding. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for someone to replace their siding. Their work, ease to work with me, and price is 10 out of 10 recommend!"

Everything went well, except the painting portion. 

The drywall, removal and install and the mud portion was excellent quality and service

The window removal and install was excellent quality

The painting preps and quality standards of hiding the nails and caulking was not up to where it should have been. It took two trips to have the painter complete the project where it needed to be.

Otherwise would recommend this company they are punctual, professional and do quality work and ensure that the customer is satisfied with the job.

"Jon's work is as good as it gets! We have a rental property that we're preparing to put on the market. It needed a number of repair and update tasks completed, some small and some not-so-small. Everything from replacing siding to building a set of outside stairs to revamping a tile entryway to simply tightening some loose faucets. "Everyone was professional and did a complete job of explaining what was included in installing the roof and types of materials used. Isaiah explained all of the paperwork and what we needed to do to make sure everyone was safe during the install. A very complete upfront explanation."

"Wonderful. Another contractor had botched some of my work and left abruptly. James Ferguson of Class Act Carpentry stepped in and installed my siding, with a vapor barrier, new windows and trim with exceptional workmanship. Everything was level and straight and well placed. He communicated well with me. He worked quickly and efficiently and was on time every day. He kept my home clean of his materials. He did the interior trim(casement around the windows, trim around the windows and floor trim after flooring had been laid. All was caulked very nice and clean. Everything was straight and level. He explained what he was doing. The blinds measurement guy said how wonderful the casement of the windows job was in that every window was absolutely square and level and there were 10 windows. The building of the deck stairs is ongoing at the moment but I am sure I will equally pleased with that work."

"It was great to work with Agron and his team. Agron came right on time for the estimate and did a thorough inspection of the roof. He gave very detailed and professional recommendations about what to do to prevent any leakage from happening. He is very knowledgeable and knows about roof and siding work from construction point of view. The quote is also very competitive compared to other companies. On the work days, the crew was very professional and courteous. They did a great job on the roof and even redid some siding work another company did not do correctly before and finished up with painting and cleaning up everything. I feel very confident my roof will be water proof before the rain season comes."

"Installation was arranged, installers came out, cut out drywall and found electrical wiring running through the area of the installation.  They were quite professional about the problem, explaining that we would need to have an electrician move the wires.  We had the wires moved, they came and completed the job quickly and efficiently.   We dealt mostly with Leslie on planning and billing and she was great.  When they first came out to look at what we wanted and prepare the estimate the employee who was supposed to arrive was detained, so the owner came out and took care of it.  Both he and Leslie were very helpful when we were deciding which window to use.  Project involved cutting new hole in the wall, installing a new header, replacing the siding surrounding the new window, filling in the space left by removing the old window and installing the new window.  We were completely satisfied with the entire transaction.

"It went great and it's good to see the fence standing again.  Kairos was responsible, hard-working, efficient, and picked up their work area.  I am very pleased with the work that was completed and it was done for a reasonable price.  I was glad I was able to hire Kairos - it was a fluke that thhey came out this far from their service area, but I'm very glad they did.  I felt that I received the service I paid for, which was labor for fence repair.  If there is a next time, I'll have some pickets available to catch the couple that we all missed seeing. It's a relief to have working gates again and a repaired fence!  Thanks!
