"It did not work out too well. The schedule it was just horrendous, for example they were scheduled to come at 4:00 on a particular day and about 10 minutes before I get an email saying he wasn't coming because of delays with other clients. That didn't make me real happy. I don't know on the price, I guess it was ok. They did not paint my deck because it had been painted before, and they said they could not do that, so they just power washed it for $279, or whatever the price was. I would not use them again. Do not use them. Scheduling was horrdenous and then once I did get them scheduled they didn't show up, and when they did show up they were late. The work was inferior."

I was not prepared to set up the replacement that day, but Henry and the other tech were very professional and pleasant, and thoroughly explained the issue with my AC. Fixed leaking valve leading to the main line, and "snaked" bathroom sink. Took photos of tub/shower valves to order a replacement unit and gave an initial price estimate $240). After 10 days, never received a return phone call. Called office to receive a return phone calls explaining that part had not been ordered, and that there was an estimate of $625 to install a new valve unit."
