Everything from replacing washers on a faucet, replacing your water heater, to whole house remodels and re-pipes, there is no job too big or too small. Our one man rates are $158 for the first half hour and $79 for every additional half hour. You will receive a two hour window for arrival and a 15-20 minute courtesy call/email when your technician is on the way. I believe in not wasting and always look for ways to keep the bill for my customers reasonable. This includes estimates; if a customer would like pricing in advance I don't have to drive out to look and charge for it, instead I can usually provide pricing over email with the use of just a couple of pictures. I use iPhone and iPad and can answer email faster than voice mail. I also use iPad for all invoicing, eliminating waste of paper. Please note: I only install fixtures I provide as it is the only way I can provide you with a full warranty.
