"The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"The technician that preformed the service(s), Austin C. (Plumbing Pro), with Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. Initially we were just looking for someone to change our kitchen faucet with one we had already purchased. We decided to go with Service Plus because of there good rating on Home Advisor. After Austin changed our kitchen faucet he spoke with us about there, Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, maintenance program. He explained that if we signed up for the maintenance program with them today, a free water heater flush & fill came with it. At least I believe it was free? I could be mistaken about that? We had been looking to change from our current heating/cooling/plumbing companies maintenance program to someone new because we were just not happy with them. So, it was perfect timing for us to make the change. While Austin was draining the water heater he noticed calcium & pieces of metal. He showed me the calcium & pieces of metal coming from my water heater while it was being drained, and also explained to me what the reason(s) for it was. Come to find out our water softener was not working properly which caused the problems with the water heater. We could have waited until the water heater actually stopped working, but decided to just change it now before it failed and we didn’t have any hot water. We also decided to replace our current water softener since it was not working properly and Austin noticed that there was no brand name or sticker from the original installers. For all we know, it could have been a used system sold to us as new. Either way, it wasn’t working properly so we had it replaced by Austin with Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, Inc. He explained everything and offered to have someone come out tomorrow and run a free diagnosis service with a camera to see if there would be a problem with anymore blockage. Very nice company."

"I had called Andrew previous to the installation because I wanted to know about the new water heater; how well it was insulated, would it heat  cycle  less often than my 30+ year old heater, thus saving gas and would the pilot be easier to light than the old one, which required literally getting down on the cold, basement floor to light it.  All my concerns were answered  with professionalism and respect.
Andy was a very professional person/plumber/installer. He and I had a pleasant conversation throughout the installation process as I learned more about the process and my new water heater.  We even talked about soldering copper pipes, something I learned about doing many years ago, but which there was no need to do thanks to modern plumbing connections.  Watching Andy, who is a strong young man, haul the old water heater up the 9 steps to my garage and out to the truck where he would carry it away for disposal, made me even more thankful I/we had decided to replace it, it must have weighted close to three hundred pounds!
Andy was very professional and cleaned up any and all mess left after the installation, including wiping up spilled water from the pipes off of the new water heater, The install was estimated to take two hours but from arrival to departure took slightly over 90 minutes.  Very efficient.

"Had to have service on a holiday from a major leak on washer valves! Customer service was wonderful and felt bad I would not be able to wait 2 days for service as we had water all over! Tech was to be desired and immediately told me he could not do the repair as he could not move out washer which we said we would do it but than he said he might not have the valve needed which was the reason I gave customer service was the issue! He did end up fixing without us moving washer but a few hours later I realized no hot water which after speaking to original tech was able to fix myself. This cost a lot of money where I felt the tech was in a bad mood the entire time at our house even making a comment we needed to shut one of our dogs up! Probably would not use the plumbing part of Williams Comfort air in the future!"
