"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"This company was amazing to work with! The technicians that came out were very friendly and helpful. Finished product looked great and their pricing compared to other local vendors was amazing. I went with this company based on reviews and word of mouth and so far I have not been disappointed. Even after a new furnace install, my heat pump was causing issues. They sent techs out the following two days and worked diligently to solve the problem. All of my questions were answered. I will be using Hurliman again in the future! "Cassie, the service person from Aire Serv, did an outstanding job. She clearly knew her job and was able to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and confidant. I've used other heating and air conditioner companies in the past and felt they did an okay job but never felt the service people were up to the level of this person, or felt they were pressuring me to buy something. There was no pressure from Cassie.
I will use Aire Serve in the future and, based on what Cassie told me, I have confidence all their people are good, but I will request her for future service.
