We had a new born at home and was desperate to get this repaired. "I was in the market for a water softener to which a sales person arrived to give me a quote. Infinity installs kinetico water treatment systems which is a proprietary system that you cannot work on. If you attempt to work on it yourself, you void the warranty of the system. They provided me with a quote of $3,600 for the softener, dechlorinator, and RO system which was a fair deal in my opinion. The only reason why I did no go with the company is that their service charge is $187 for each visit. That combined with the price of kinetico parts that are way more expensive than other brands. I m sure it s a great water softener, but the service charge fee is more then 3 times more than other competitors in the area."

"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."
