"Overall experience was fantastic. Wayne is honest and extremely knowledgeable. He has worked decades in the field installing water softener systems for other companies, and is currently often called to fix those systems. Quite simply put, having seen it all, he is passionate about installing reliable water softeners. He graciously took 2 hours in a free consultation to discuss the science behind different systems of water softeners. I had also met with other companies and was misled with false guarantees (no maintenance for 10yrs, better proprietary system, need for dual tank, etc). I had fact checked everything, and Wayne does not deviate from proven facts. His services are reasonably priced and installation was several days after. Installation went smooth and Wayne is strict and meticulous in his supervision. I would highly recommend Primary Solution Consulting to anyone looking for a quality install from an honest expert with reliable customer service, at a great price point."

"The company came within 2 hours of contact and inspected my water heater. We received a quote before the plumber left. The next day, Jacob the plumber, followed up with me to see if I still needed their services. I called him back to let him know that I did. Within 2 hours he was back at my house to replace the water heater. He was done replacing the water heater within 2 hours! I haven’t had any issues since the repair. Thank you Plumbing System Pro for your awesome service!!"

"Great Service all starts with sales. Crystal was amazing, knowledgeable and honest. Install was quick and clean. Great company so far, and the water quality is amazing. The reverse osmosis system makes the water taste better than bottled water ever did."

"This companies services gets an A+ in my book! Andy the plumber that came out and Janice the customer service representative were outstanding at their jobs. I will be calling them for ALL my plumbing needs…… Andy saved me from another company trying to tell me I had a sewer leak under my house when I did not. He did a Hydrostatic test and found out I had no under ground SEWER leaks. The other company wanted to charge me over $30,000 to repair sewer lines under my house that they were saying had bellies of water from cracks. Finding out it may be a city sewer crack and not even my problem to fix. Andy gave me an estimate if it was on my property and not the cities and the cost for it to be fixed would only be $3,800 not over $30,000. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO RESEARCH PLUMBING COMPANIES. THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPANIES THAT JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! $$$$"

"Folks, these guys will rip you off and I am experienced firsthand. For example, while the kinetico washable sediment filter was just $35 from another company, InfinitWater got it at $80+. After one year of installation, it will cost you $175 every time you called them for a service. Dont do it folks, go with a generic or more popular water softener system or otherwise, go with another company instead of these InfinityWater people."

"Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line."

"John did a great job fixing the leak in my bathroom. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He quickly identified the issue, explained the repair, and fixed it properly. Everything was done right the first time, and the area was left clean. I would definitely recommend John for plumbing work."

"Klaro Water Systems did an amazing job installing a new Puronics whole home water filtration and softener for my home. They were thorough and professional. The thing I appreciated the most was the time they took to really listen to my concerns about our water quality and provide the right solution for our home. A+++"

"I am very happy with my water treatment system. Thank you to the guys at Sunni Energy. They were quick, professional, and easy to reach, answering all the questions I had. They made the process super smooth and easy."

"Great service. I got a whole house water filter and it's the best water I ever had! Thier vehicles are very pretty. It was done right away because they stock the best water filter out there. I even got it for my daughter's house so my grandchildren can have clean water. I won't have calcium or other stuff crusting up my sinks, shower, tub, toilets, refrigerator ice maker, dishwasher, and washing machine. The men were considerate, well dressed in company shirts and professional."
