"This companies services gets an A+ in my book! Andy the plumber that came out and Janice the customer service representative were outstanding at their jobs. I will be calling them for ALL my plumbing needs…… Andy saved me from another company trying to tell me I had a sewer leak under my house when I did not. He did a Hydrostatic test and found out I had no under ground SEWER leaks. The other company wanted to charge me over $30,000 to repair sewer lines under my house that they were saying had bellies of water from cracks. Finding out it may be a city sewer crack and not even my problem to fix. Andy gave me an estimate if it was on my property and not the cities and the cost for it to be fixed would only be $3,800 not over $30,000. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO RESEARCH PLUMBING COMPANIES. "I was in the market for a water softener to which a sales person arrived to give me a quote. Infinity installs kinetico water treatment systems which is a proprietary system that you cannot work on. If you attempt to work on it yourself, you void the warranty of the system. They provided me with a quote of $3,600 for the softener, dechlorinator, and RO system which was a fair deal in my opinion. The only reason why I did no go with the company is that their service charge is $187 for each visit. That combined with the price of kinetico parts that are way more expensive than other brands. I m sure it s a great water softener, but the service charge fee is more then 3 times more than other competitors in the area."

"The plumber they sent out was great. No complaints. We paid top dollar for two new toilets, both to be installed. The water wasn't on most of the time because of leaks in the piping. We discovered a broken/leaking toilet subsequent to the installation. The company refuses to honor or provide any warranty / guarantee. "Contacted Roto-Rooter, because I've used them back home in Northern Kentucky and I'm confident I would be treated honestly and fairly. Jonathon S was my technician and he did a great job. He listened to what I had to say and what I wanted done and he gave me an estimate for the work. He also told me what could go wrong and that it might end up costing more so he was up front with me. He was able to get it repaired within the original estimate pretty quickly. He also recommended replacing the bad galvanized section with PVC so that it would last longer. He also used the Shut-Off valve I purchased already to keep my costs down. Much appreciated."

I even got it for my daughter's house so my grandchildren can have clean water.
