Upon inspection, Dave said that no posts needed to be replaced. He did repairs on 3 posts & replaced the bottom trim on all 4 posts. He then repainted all the posts & fascia. I was so happy with his honesty,work & reliability (he kept all appointments, reminded me when he was coming & arrived on time) that I am contracting with him to do some other jobs around the house."

"Our central air stopped working mid-Summer 2018, at the time, strapped for money and in need of a simple fix, Nelson stopped over and offered a ($300) stopgap solution to our 18 year old HVAC system. At the time he examined the system in its entirety and let us know that if was only a matter of time and to start thinking about making the investment toward a system replacement. FFWD to today, we hired Nelson and his team in Spring 2019 to replace our entire central air system. Nelson provided several options, as well an in-depth description of each. Ultimately we decided, while fairly expensive, to go with a higher rated system that would provide our family with a reliable system for many years. Nelson clearly understands the financial commitment that homeowners are making when confronted with these HVAC decisions, so he and his team go above and beyond to make sure the customer is in the know, and that the job is done right. "Energy Star came out to do two things for us which is installing a new Smart T and balancing the duct system in our house. For the smart thermostat, they absolutely nailed it. They did it right, had no questions or hesitation (unlike some other people who tried to quote it), and programmed it correctly. For balancing the duct system though, they did it very quickly and honestly, it was not as thorough as I was hoping it would be. I was hoping they would help me reach some ducts I had difficulty reaching or identifying some ducts I could not identify. Instead, it really felt like a case of me telling them what I knew where each duct went, and if they can easily pull the lever they did -- but that is something I could have done for free myself. So between the two cases, I would call it 50-50 success."
