"We had water leaking into our crawlspace. It was a mess. The rugs we laid down to make crawling easier were soaked with foul-smelling liquid. Boxes of pictures were ruined. Contaminated items needed to be thrown away. It was a disaster. At first, we thought it may have come from a leak from a recently installed water heater. We contacted the installer (AJ Perri) to look at it. He said that it wasn't from the heater. He assumed it was water from outside and suggested we get a sump pump. We weren't entire convinced that was the case or the cause, so we reached out to plumbers here on Angie's--including Good Tidings. They had someone come over right away to look that problem. He looked (and smelled) the water and said it was from the sewer line, thinking there was a clog. It turned out the pipe was at fault and needed to be replaced. The plumbers Good Tidings sent were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They solved the issue, as we are no longer getting disgusting water in our crawlspace. In another plumbing-related problem, we'd be sure to call again!"

Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. "The line was in the rafters of a high ceiling of the cellar. It led to an outside gas line (for a gas grill hookup) that was capped off at the house. I wanted to replace the valve rather than cap it off. This was a two man job of a plumber, Rob and his assistant. Rob had to get into the window well and work above his head in a very cramped space. This was complicated by having a large porcelain washtub directly under neath it, blocking access. Rob was extremely careful when climbing to get to the valve. They put down a plastic sheet to protect my washer and the sink, and used their ladder to get over to the wall and window well. Rob cut out the valve and put in a new one that is easy to open and close. He had his assistant check the position of the outside outlet as he worked until he adjusted it so the outside outlet was not turned askew. Btw It was raining and his assistant noticed mud on his boots, and asked for a paper towel when we got in the house...he used it to wipe up his footprints from the mud from his shoes as he walked... Rob checked for leaks and found none. They took any of the debris with them, and left everywhere they were spotless. Also, their last job was running longer than anticipated, and they called to let me know even though at least 30 minutes before. It was only about 15 minutes. Well mannered and professional...Could not have been better!
