"My central Air broke & although I paid for PSEG worry free service they did not help & it was not COVERED. They said I needed a new unit. I waited until spring & had several estimates and this was great. They came on time for install & estimate. Chris was easy to deal with. They did it relatively easily & were cooperative & pleasant. I chose them due to reviews & the other 3 one was much cheaper but terrible reviews another much more expensive wanting to do much more work & a third seeming he had adhd. I was very happy with this business."

"I called Tony and he told me he didn’t have anyone available. He asked me what was the issue and I explained to him and he told me he can walk me through it. After walking me through how to fix it my heat came on. Tony was absolutely amazing and it took 10 minutes to fix. Will definitely hire him if I need more work done."

"I had Milano and Adam’s come to my house to change two a/c and heaters for my house. They arrived at 8am and promptly walked around with me to explain the job before starting. After a 30 minute conversation of all work to be done they started. They had both units installed up and working by 5pm. Courteous and mindful of my house because one unit was in the attic. They were careful and fast. They explained everything on their work and on the operation of my new equipment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality work at a great price. Thank you Joe again for everything."

"I am very happy with Mikes Air Conditioning. Here it is JULY and I while in the middle of doing some renovations to my home, I noticed the AC wasn't working the way it should be. I contacted Mike's (fearing the worst) and they sent out a service technician who was able to repair the system for a reasonable cost and buy me some more time before I have to replace the entire system. I had some minor work completed and the freon topped off and now I'm cool and comfy!  Considering all of the expenses with renovating I was very happy to not have a high repair bill. Mikes was efficient, conscientious and professional and they completed the job on time and for a reasonable cost. I recommend them for AC repair as well as installation of new units. When I'm able to replace my system, I'll be calling Mikes Air Conditioning to do the job. Building relationships and getting repeat business should be the goal of any business. I'm glad to see that Mike's takes customer service seriously.

"John came over to fix the radiator in the Master Bedroom explained the process to me and Denis showered leakage they were very helpful. Their manager also followed up the next day she wanted to make sure everything is working."

"Except for fact that outside dryer vent cover was damaged (it was 32 years old and starting to crumble), actually cleaning of duct was fine. One caveat, if you need to replace your outside dryer vent cover, DO NOT pay the $60. for company to supply and install new cover. You can get it from Walmart or AMAZON for a fraction of the price ($5.19)!"

"Recently, I had a new central AC installed by Milano and Adams HVAC, The main reason I called Them was the Excellent reviews given by their customers. They lived up to their reviews and exceeded my expectations. Joseph Milano, the owner, is very professional, helpful, direct, and candid, he takes ownership of every detail throughout the project and spares no effort to please the customer. High quality material was used, great work was performed at a reasonable price. The installation technician was neat, and courteous. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Joe."

"Anthony was very professional, timely and friendly. I was recommended to his company by a fellow friend & he did not disappoint. Anthony and his crew fixed my AC System quickly & i was VERRY pleased!!"

"Professional, polite, decent and oddly adept at sensing ones mood and reacting to it accordingly.  I suspect he would have been a counselor or artist of some sort if his engineering skills had not gotten in the way. An "A" is not good enough for him.
