"The gentleman y'all sent out Mr Theo couple weeks ago he came out to look at my refrigerator he did an excellent job on getting the ice out the bottom and making it stop coming and the ice maker not works today November 11th He's here again for my stove two eye two burner eyes went out he hasn't back working already immediately He's a wonderful guy I appreciate them thank you all."

"RainSoft was quick to send someone out to look at our Water Softener system that we were not sure was fully operational in a house we bought. The service person was on-time, very professional and knowledgeable. He looked at our system, tested the water, and confirmed that the system would be safe to use after some initial steps. He told us what we would need to do on our end over the first days and what to do thereafter to maintain the system. We were very happy he could tell us what we needed to know about our system. We would hire this company again."
