"Everything went as smoothly as can be imagined. Darrow was easy to work with when planning the job. He worked with my attention to details as I chose the AC and heating units that I wanted and, at my request, put every detail in writing. It was a big job - completely replacement of two systems on two floors including roof mounted AC and basement and attic furnaces. His crew were respectful, professional and always on time. The work proceeded exactly as it was described. Construction messes were cleaned up at the end of every workday. The work was finished on time. As in every big project, there was a "punch list" of details that needed to be attended to. Darrow came out immediately and took care of ALL the details big and small on the list. The new heating system worked perfectly and efficiently this winter. I'm looking forward to seeing the new AC system work this summer. I spoke to a number of companies and got a number of quotes for the work to be done. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. "Breezeway was very nice. They were prompt and did a good job. However, we negotiated them fixing one piece of ducting. They didn't fix it and said that, if we found that it continued to have problems, they'd come back and repair it. Well, it needed to be repaired when it was clear that it still wasn't working. Breezeway became unresponsive to numerous attempts to get in touch. So, while I thought they did a great job in the beginning, their lack of follow through left a bad taste in my mouth. For that reason, I'm not going to call on them again.

"We were very happy with Yurik and his install team. Prior to install he came out to do a comprehensive onsite estimate, free of charge. He went into the attic space, checked the existing furnace, recommended a compatible AC unit, and gave us recommendations on running duct work to the additional rooms. He was very up front with us that the existing furnace and the compatible AC unit were right on the edge of being able to handle the volume of space we were asking, but we were comfortable with that. He estimated that the entire contraction would take approximately 7 days.
Once we decided to move forward, Yurik?s team was on site on time and ready to work every day. Each day they draped the floors to keep the mess down, and were very good about picking up after themselves. 
Hi team was very efficient, and was able to get the job done in half the estimated time. All the new ducts are sealed nicely, and each register is clean. 
Yurik?s team also installed dampers in each of the ducts, to help regulate the air flow to the new portion of the house and the original and they took the time to properly calibrate the dampers so that each room is nicely balanced. The whole house now benefits from central heat nicely (we tested the AC, but as it?s winter we won?t have a solid test for a few months). 
One thing to note is that they are definitely quicker to respond to phone/voicemails rather then email. Not a horrible problem, but if you want a quicker response that?s the way to get it.
I would definitely recommend UMC for AC work, and we?ll be using them to service the equipment in the future.
