"So far so good. Snaking of kitchen sink with very old pipes. Hopefully snake did not poke pipes. Only time will tell. Keeping fingers crossed. They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for. We would have chosen it over plastic, but price difference would need to be cleared upfront. That's the only negative. Otherwise, thus far we are very happy with the result. "We had a great experience having our furnace replaced with Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning. A different company originally recommended that our furnace be replaced and we got estimates from a total of three companies. Atlas was reasonably priced. The estimator Keith was very responsive and patiently answered a number of questions about various options. He gave frank assessments about what would be involved in a two-stage furnace, higher-efficiency furnace, central A/C in addition, or a heat pump. The installer Joe arrived right on time, worked all day, clearly explained our new thermostat, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. He also patiently answered my questions about maintenance. We're still waiting to complete the permit and MERS inspection but overall we've had a great experience."
