"Sam and AJ are the best! Submitted a request on Angi yesterday afternoon, received an immediate call back saying they could be here within 2 hours to diagnose an issue with our central A/C air handler in our attic. AJ was here promptly, and immediately went to work systematically checking through each part of the system. Side note - it must have been 115 degrees in the attic while he was working, didn't seem to bother him at all! Within 2 hours, he had identified a failed motor, sourced the parts, and gotten me a very reasonable quote for replacement. Parts arrived the next day, when he and Sam came out to install, got the whole system back up and running normally, and cleaned up. They did the job for the price they quoted, in the time they quoted it, without trying to sell me an entire new A/C system.... can't tell you how much that's appreciated. We contacted the installer (AJ Perri) to look at it. He said that it wasn't from the heater. He assumed it was water from outside and suggested we get a sump pump. He looked (and smelled) the water and said it was from the sewer line, thinking there was a clog. It turned out the pipe was at fault and needed to be replaced.
