"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It's hard to put into a Yelp review how grateful we are to have found these guys. I am in a predicament to say the least. We hired just about the worst contractor we could have hired. We did our due diligence but they were masters of the con. What can u do? (Everlast construction - beware!!) The problems with our HVAC system were many. It wasn't installed to code, and was even set up in a way where if it was left as is, electrical fires and/or the previous hvac shorting out due to being wired so incorrectly. The guys at Jazz were able to take an incorrectly installed system, cut out my old one unit and safely remove it, then install a new hvac with all the corrections to every line. What we have now is an efficient heater that works - and isn't a fire hazard. Imagine that! This isn't even the nicest thing they did for us. Turns out, the ghost of my crooked contractor was still haunting us. We could not pass inspection without a hers test, yet the person hired previously to complete it, disappeared off the map. Jazz got a new one going, and spent several weeks tracking down all the people and paperwork needed to do one from scratch. Needless to say, it was unprecedented for them, no picnic, and they did it happily. Never wavered, never hesitated and always called back and kept us updated. I would recommend them to my mother. These guys will do a good job. They have a kind vibe and I have no reservations in giving them five stars and propping them up. Would hire them again. Thank you jazz! Edit: these guys have come By three separate times to fix more issues left by the previous inept criminally minded people at "Everlast construction." All three times, no charge, super sweet attitude and just supremely helpful. Hire these guys."

"If I could give Cencal 10 stars - or 20 - I would! This is an ethical, compassionate, caring company owned and staffed by people who act out the company's ethos. Five years ago, when we needed a new dualpac in the middle of a cold winter, we shopped, and then chose Cencal for its responsiveness, clear information, and very competitive pricing. The installation went like a dream, and the service techs spent an entire morning at our home ensuring everything was working better than perfectly. The unit was under contract for a couple of years, and we decided to continue the contract when the "free" servicing expired. So worth the money for the peace of mind knowing our investment is being cared for by responsible reliable folks. I don't have a favorite tech: I appreciate all of them! They show up on time for appointments, and are universally businesslike and friendly. Thank you, Cencal, for making me comfortable in my home. "Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

"Furnace ran without trouble while Eric was here. He inspected it and ran tests, found nothing wrong. Charged us only for the visit, and didn't try to sell us any kind of additional services. But he provided a quote for a new unit in case the noise returned and we wanted to replace the furnace, which is 20 years old. The noise returned, and we will have Eric install the replacement in a couple of days. We are happy to be repeat customers because he was professional, prompt, and helpful during the first visit."
