"Jeremy, the owner of Parker Home Services quickly - within hours - returned our request for service. He showed up early for the quote appointment. There was no BS. His quote was thorough and accurate. Jeremy removed and replaced the central AC units in a day and a half. His attention to detail is superb. Once the job was done, he brought me over to make sure that the AC worked as intended. While checking vents we noticed that some were not supplying air. Jeremy went back up in the attic and located three supply ducts that had been removed (by previous workers) from their registers and he reinstalled them. He also found a separate supply duct that had a board laying across it, constricting air flow. All of this was above and beyond what the initial job called for and shows that Jeremy takes great pride in his workmanship and making sure his customer is satisfied. We will have them back. "Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed.  After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call.  So glad I did.   Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient!  I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.  My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.

"Although no one is happy with having to replace a boiler, which is a very expensive piece of equipment, Petro made it as painless as possible from a service perspective (my husband and I were so impressed by the prompt service call at 2:30 AM in the morning), and also from being extremely speedy with scheduling installation of the new boiler, as we are expecting a heavy snow storm tomorrow and I have two young children in the house. I believe the price of my boiler was not as high as some of the others listed on this review b/c my house is relatively small (1740 sq feet); and I know I can probably get a replacement for slightly cheaper, but these things are investments in the house and with Petro providing the equipment and servicing at the same time, I have peace of mind knowing I can call them ANYTIME and they will come and fix the problem if anything ever were to go wrong again. We were also very happy with the installation team, who tried hard to clean up after themselves and even sweeped up the utility room before installing the new equipment. They worked straight through lunch to try to install everything as quickly as possible and that was really above and beyond."

He had a water tank in his truck and replaced it on the spot. He was gone in 2 hours. He also helped me to clean the faucet filters. We have definitely found a plumber for the future. "I was with Petro for two years under an auto-delivery and service plan contract and found the service is good but the prices are way, way over market.  My real problem is with the initial salesman from "DeBlois" that I dealt with, as the two important questions I asked before signing up were not answered truthfully.  I asked if the price quoted was a promotional price or one typical of future deliveries; I was told I could expect the same levels relative to competition.   However, unlike the first delivery, all subsequent deliveries were at least $.50/gal. above other full-service companies I have used (I checked within a few days of some deliveries).   The second problem is that in my initial call  I asked if I would be serviced by DeBlois or another company, and I specifically asked if Petro would be involved, since as a new resident of Narragansett I asked around and had been warned to avoid Petro.  The salesman at DeBlois said there was no connection, but as it turned out DeBlois and Petro are the same company.  So in sum, I found the service to be competent and courteous, but the prices for both oil and boiler service to be very high.  As I am writing this well after the last delivery, my agreement has now expired and I am no longer a Petro customer.
