"Steve, Tyler, and Mason were a huge help. When my furnace failed, I tried cold calling and he was at our door an hour later from the job he was at. He installed a new capacitor within an hour and was on his way. A few hours later, the furnace stopped working again, but he came back the next day and installed a new blower motor. Each visit was quick, courteous, and professional, and also provided reasoning, direction, and maintenance tips. Very happy with their work, will be calling again for HVAC inspection in the fall."

"The quality of work and attention to detail was far above any company we've used before. Their prices were the best out of all the quotes we received. Also, the owner George took the time to break down everything he was doing for me. It was refreshing to be treated as an equal to my husband. "I had a very hard time finding someone to fix my HVAC - dehumidifier in my home. I finally found Hud Mechanic. Bill contacted the manufacturer of the unit & figured it out. Bill also installed a water holding tank to my well and also replaced my hot water heater. I then asked if he did carpentry which I had an unfinished closet I wanted done. He put up walls,, installed a shelf & a bar & then painted it. He also installed kitchen wall cabinets. Whenever I called his Secretary with a question, she checked with Bill right away & got back to me immediately. I recommend HUD Mechanic for all your repair/install needs! I will be contacting them again. Excellent Contractor!"

"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed.  After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call.  So glad I did.   Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient!  I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.  My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.

"UGI arrived on time, did a thorough check of our system and provided a detailed explanation of what was needed to correct the problem (we had a leak in the freon coils.).  He gave us options and suggested we meet with the UGI salesman for more details which we did within a few days.  UGI salesman was factual and not pushy.  He presented options for fixing our air conditioner.  The explanation included what tax credits and rebates would be available to us.  We ultimately decided to have UGI replace our air conditioner because of its age.   We were very pleased with the work done--it was completed on time, the team was very professional and patiently answered our questions.  Finally,  our basement was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."
