"I've been a loyal customer with fabulous owner, Josh Roberts, and wonderful company, Air Doc's since he first started. In the beginng, he personally came for 6 month service on my old unit. Also, when repairs were needed, he replaced parts. One time when it was @ 90* weather, the part wasn't available & he said he would make sure I would be coool. He drove to PSL from Vero & back in rush hour. He stayed til it was installed and the air working til @ 7 p.m. He didn't charge extra, missed dinner. and made sure it was coool. That's why I call his team the coool guys. When I needed a new unit, he explained all the things I might need and spent time explaining reasons & costs. I even upgraded to a larger unit, had larger pipes installed, UV light, service contract, etc. Josh was right @ everything and my FPL bill is almost half now, as well as saving $$ on any future servies & repairs. Josh has all factory trained professionals and the nicest office staff. You know you'll be glad to deal with Air Doc's. Because when trouble knocks, call ð the Doc's & you'll be coool too. "Technician Mike arrived on time (1:00pm), diagnosed the problem and gave several options to remedy. Given the age of the my system (13 yrs) I opted to replace the entire unit. Mike coordinated with his installation team (Matt and Billy) who arrived by 3:00pm and had the new system installed before 6:00pm the same day. All members of the Service Star team were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional."

"The Technicians Kenneth and Efrain arrived here on time as scheduled and I also got a chance to meet the owner of the company (sorry, did not get his name). The team went to work immediately and located the refrigerant leak within 15 minutes. They are working on ordering the replacement coil and in the mean time got the AC working temporarily and it is working nicely. As soon as the Replacement part is available, they will swing by and complete the project. Very professional work and they were in and out of my place within one hour. VERY EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH.
