Bathroom doors we installed with care, painting was done with a brush instead of a gun. This was done in case we needed to ever touch up the paint it would not be noticed. "Two days ago, we had eight windows installed in our home by Guardian Windows. Words cannot express how impressed we are with the windows and more importantly the installation. We were pleased to have such highly skilled and experienced installers. Myself, I am an engineer by occupation, so I was more than just interested in the installation process. With eight large openings in my house, I was concerned not so much with the appearance but what cannot be seen. I was interested specifically in how the installation would address water, air leakage, and the impact to my interior trim. All my questions were not only addressed but they exceeded my expectations. During the installation the Guardian installers found numerous problems with my home. For every window the builder failed to properly attach the interior and exterior trim. Most of the builder window openings were not sealed properly and in several cases the builder windows were not securely nailed. The Guardian installers pointed out each of these problems and then explained how they would make the proper corrections. During the installation furniture in each room was moved as needed. Drop cloths with floor protection and plastic were used extensively throughout. After completing the work in each room, everything was returned as found and the room was vacuumed for added measure. Afterwards we found our home relatively dust free. To be clear there was some dust but considering all the work performed it was easily addressed. After the installation was completed, we were amazed by the fit and finish at each window. The measurement of the installation was so precise that no tile repair, painting, or drywall work was needed. We are so pleased with these eight windows that we immediately arranged for Guardian to have the remaining six windows in our home to be replaced. In closing, while these new windows look amazing, please consider what you don’t see. That’s where the real value is and peace of mind knowing the high-quality windows Guardian windows will be a lasting and sound investment in your home."

"HRR has performed work on a couple properties since 2014. Much of the work was to correct problems left by a previous contractor. Services ranged from floor tile, painting, a/c work, Sheetrock repair, plumbing, appliance installation, blind installation, etc. They manage change requests efficiently and provide cost before work is started. I trust Phil and his contractors with full access to the properties if I am not there.

"I purchased the big deal fromAngie's List to get 5 windows installed in our upstairs to reduce noise and the draft we were receiving with our old windows. Bob Camp was very prompt to respond to the email sent by Angie's List after the big deal was purchased. The next week Bob came out to measure and scope out the project. He asked why I only wanted to replace 5 windows when all of our windows were just as old as those 5. I told him it was a matter of cost. Other bids I received for windows were super expensive. Bob asked if he could go ahead and bid out doing all the windows. I told him to go for it. He came back, and to my surprise, made it very affordable to replace all the windows. We accepted his bid and told him to order all 14 windows vs. just the 5. About 3 weeks later they came out to do the install. Bob was very easy to work with on setting up the time. They initially started our install on a SATURDAY! I was shocked they were willing to work on the weekend. Lalo, his lead installer, seemed like a sharp guy. He took his shoes off upon entering the house and informed me prior to the start of installation what furniture they needed to move. Due to the age of our windows and settlement of the house through the years, it seemed like the removal our windows took longer than the normal house.  They did have to come back out on the following Monday to complete the install.  They were right on time at 8 am and finished before lunch.  I felt like at the end of the install they were in a hurry to leave even though there were a few issues I saw. Bob came out and looked and agreed with the things I saw. They did come back out a couple weeks later to repair, which, I felt was fine. This gave the caulk plenty of time to contract some with the colder weather we've had. I now feel like the install is complete and I'm pleased with the end result. The only thing that I was only slightly disappointed with was they did leave quite a mess outside and cleaned up very sparsely inside the house. I didn't feel like it took away from the work they did, but we did have some clean up afterwards. I thought Bob worked hard to get the business and was there to make sure he was able to get more business in the future. We would use them again, and I have already recommended him to a couple other potential customers.
