"I'd previously asked Backyard Ponds to clean and net my ponds the last week in September. I called the Friday before to find out when they could come, and they agreed to send their workers on Monday. They team arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional I walked them through what I wanted them to do. It was a complicated job; there were three ponds, and each pond required different care. The team went to work right away. They spent most of the day on the effort, breaking only for lunch. When they were done, I inspected the ponds. The only thing I had to ask them to do was put a net over the waterfall on one of the ponds. The fish they handled were in good condition after the cleaning. The workers left no debris on the job site. The company sent the bill in a timely manner, listing labor and materials so I would understand the charges. I would happily use them again!"

"After finding Tillerman Gardens online and requesting an estimate for substantial hardscape/landscape work on our newly renovated house, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that Jesse, the owner, actually grew up in our neighborhood! On top of being a Takoma Park local, and an all around friendly, honest, business owner, we also came to learn that he does great work as well! His team completely transformed our hardscape areas, including installing a beautiful flagstone walkway and patio, a perfectly graded cement driveway, iron railings on our steps, and plants in a number of locations. On top of that, some of the work required some touch up and sealing and Jesse and his team have come out a couple of times later this spring to do that work unprompted. There's a little bit left, but I know they'll be around to finish it as they've taken care of us every step of the way. Even better, everything was done in budget. Look no further! They also did excellent pruning is a sugar maple that was planted too close to the house. The tree is healthier and better-shaped due to the expert work. "Steve came to consider the problem and give me an estimate. He seemed very thoughtful and sincere. We agreed on the price and the date when work would start. With no delays, the work started on the agreed-upon date. Steve's brother Dave does the actual deconstruction and puts in the drainage. He has a team of three men, including himself, and they completed the job in 3 days. It may have been the hottest 3 days of the summer but they didn't complain--I couldn't believe how diligent they were. And they didn't "thrash." We've probably all had people working on our homes that made us wonder if the house was going to be standing when they were through. These guys were great--I'd definitely call them professionals. Once they finished, I had a couple items I wanted done a different way. That was no problem. They came back and finished it very much to my satisfaction. Whenever I called the company, I received a call back. I would definitely use Waterproofing, Inc. again but I think my problem is solved. "I was blown away by the work performed by Falls Church Paving Company. They returned my initial call in less than 24 hrs and began our project within 2 business days. Unlike the other companies that I received quotes from, Falls Church Paving used a crew of 4 to 5 and over $100K worth of equipment to include a paving machine and a vibratory roller. FC Paving removed and hauled away my existing 20 yr old driveway, installed 21A stone gravel base and widened the right and left sides of my driveway using 3" of asphalt. I was impressed with their precision and workmanship - especially after speaking with several contractors who were going to lay asphalt on top of my existing driveway and only hand stamp - no paving machine or roller - at a higher cost no less! Falls Church Paving even let me purchase PVC piping for my invisible fence at the end of my driveway and they didnt charge me extra to bury, install and reconnect it! I would highly Falls Church Paving for any Asphalt work."
