"I was able to set up a visit for the next day. As it happened, no problems were found with the unit. Suggestions were offered about possible non-serious causes for the noise. Noise didn't occur during visit but unit working well, no evidence of problem. Service was prompt, courteous, and I wasn't charged for the visit."

"Very satisfied with the service. Did not try to “sell” more than was needed."

"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

Once they arrived, they were very courteous and professional, able to figure out the issue, and presented repair options for me to choose without any pressure. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and our issue was resolved!"

"Fred S. from Arctic Air came out quickly and was able to troubleshoot the intermittent problems with my AC. Can’t say enough good things about him. Unfortunately, I need to wait for the company to confirm whether or not the blower motor is under warranty before repairs can be made."

"Weather Busters send a crew of three early this morning.  They kept busy removing all piping etc. of the oil unit and then installing a natural gas boiler.   They reinstalled all the associated piping and wiring.   When they were done they took the time (even though it was getting late) to check to make sure everything was working properly and explained the functions of different parts installed.  They left the booklets and all the information with me. I received a fantastic job again through Angie's List.  I recommend them to anybody installing a heating unit.   When finished, and without stopping for an evening meal, they cleaned up the work area very well.  I am overly pleased of the great job they did.  I joked with them by saying they will be paid with pennies.  But they are worth every cent I paid.  Thanks again The Weather Busters.

"Awesome service! I was in a bind, my heat went out on a cold morning and these guys got right on it. Thorough, clean and flawless communication. Will recommend 100times. Thanks again!"

"They said they could be here within 3 hours. They arrived in around 2 hours. From what I had told them they assumed it was the timer knob and had the part with them. Their service was great! They were fast and professional. Should I need any other appliance repair they will be my first call. Thanks Universe!!"
