"I highly r DryMount and they are now my go-to for home repair. They do great work, are honest, and a pleasure to work with. In the summer of 2020, my garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced. I obtained several estimates and DryMount was by far the best when considering price and the quality of the disposal. Some other companies offered to sell me older models and were more expensive on parts alone than what DryMount charged for a newer and quieter model, which included installation. I could not have been happier with the service. In January 2021, I didn’t have hot water anywhere in the house. I was so happy with my previous experience, I called DryMount to ask if they could check out my water heater. Despite being late in the afternoon, they came the same day and thoroughly checked it out. My water heater is very inconveniently located in a very small closet and, despite having to get on a ladder and contort their bodies into uncomfortable positions, they discovered that my water heater was fine and that I likely just had a power surge. They took care of the problem and only charged me $89, which is the fee for coming out to your house, and did not charge me anything extra. FWIW, the guys have a great sense of humor, and was put at ease before i felt any guilt For having to make the guys get on a ladder and twist themselves into a pretzel . I absolutely trust DryMount and they are my first call for when the inevitable pains of homeownership arise. They are the best, both with regard to quality of service and price. They absolutely earned my loyalty."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Overall, very well, although it took two additional visits to first troubleshoot and then adjust the original installation of the new pump. Originally the new pump was installed with a temperature-controlled on/off switch but it turned out that that was not workable for the configuration of my plumbing. Therefore, a programmable timer had to be installed instead. This was very straightforward, simply a matter of swapping out the temperature module wired to the pump with a timer module and replacing the thermal check valve under the farthest sink left over from the non-working pump with a new one."

It turns out that a contact unit needed replacing. The was reasonable, around $200, and we scheduled a maintenance check with him for later the next week. "They said they could replace a part - I can't think of the part on the air conditioner they were gonna replace. It wasn't the whole unit; they were going to kind of piece it together to make it work. It's like 20 years old. So they came out and said no, you don't need a new air conditioner, we can just fix it. And this was like the second time they'd come out to check the air conditioner, over a two month period. They just wanted to do a patch work on it. I'm still using them. They were good on some things but on that, the air conditioner, they weren't at all. Even the little part they were gonna replace, they wanted me to pay $900 for that, just to patch work it. And it's 20 years old - you know it's gonna break again."
