"The biggest problem is that he'll say he's coming on a particular day and doesn't show. We had to call him to see what was up. He did replace our pump and he said he would be back later in the week to check the sprinkler heads. He never showed up. We had another issue with the new pump and called him. Again he said he would show up on a day and didn't. Again we called. When he came he said we had a different issue and proceeded to fix it. He also checked all our zones and changed the configuration. We have heads that aren't working that he didn't catch as not working. He's very knowledgeable but we'd rather deal with someone else."

"REPLACED WELL PUMP COMPONENTS: Wow... they actually call when they're running behind. That alone is worth 5 stars these days LOL. But the truth is that they come when they say they'll come and the work gets done right. Good work doesn't always come cheap but I'd rather have it done right the first time and with cheerful attitudes (even after a long day). Great Job and keep up the fantastic work."

"The well pump and motor installation resulted in a lot of sediment entering my house, because J&J did not check my filter before activating the pump. This resulted in a plumbing bill of $975 to flush my entire house and remove the sediment. I still need to replace an entire shower plate (Smitty plate) that will likely cost another $500. It is true that my filter was installed wrong to begin with, but that’s the way it was when I bought the house. Just the same, I expect a professional to check this because I am not the expert."
