After checking out the new unit the repairman had to get into the upstairs craw space and found the A/C was wired wrong. He wired it up correctly and now I'm enjoying my new A/C. Good Job.

"Experience was great, we just needed a checkup but received a great assessment on the condition. We also had a programmable thermostat for the large unit and replaced the capacitor. Would defiantly use the service again and recommend. It would be nice to drop the $40 service charged for going to Black Canyon City. We were informed of the surcharge when scheduling and I know your company must keep a service area but we are just 10 miles north of Anthem. Regardless we would still use your services in the future. During the. service we were informed of the capacitor on the larger unit,they also installed a programmable thermostat system for that same unit. Helen Graham"
